在英国皇家海军中，上校（英语：Captain，Capt 或 Captain RN）是一个资深的军官阶级，地位高于海军中校（Commander），但低于准将（Commodore），在NATO中，相当于第五级军官（OF-5）。在英军内部位阶相当于英国陆军与英国皇家海军陆战队的上校（Colonel），以及英国皇家空军的空军上校（Group captain）。
