密歇根下半岛（英语：Lower Peninsula of Michigan），简称下密歇根 （英语：Lower Michigan）或下半岛（英语：Lower Peninsula），是构成美国密歇根州两块陆地之一，全州的政治、经济、文化中心。北为麦基诺水道，南为东为休伦湖，西为密歇根湖，南为俄亥俄州和印地安纳州。

因其形状又被称为“The Mitten”（连指手套），有时也称“The L.P.”（相对上半岛的别称“the U.P”而言）或“Below the Bridge”（桥下）。下居民有时候会被上半岛的居民戏称为“flat-landers”或“trolls”。^[1]

根据自然环境（地贸、土壤、植被）、城乡比重、少数民族人口、农业状况等，可分为六区：

北密歇根（Northern Michigan）
中密歇根（Mid-Michigan）
西密歇根（West Michigan）
南密歇根（Southern Michigan，包括西部和中部的一部分）
东南密歇根（Southeast Michigan）
拇指部（The Thumb，这里指弗林特/三城地区）
