冯劫（？—前208年）是战国时期秦人，在秦始皇时曾任御史大夫。[1]
前208年，大将军冯劫与其父右丞相冯去疾、左丞相李斯联合向秦二世进谏，请求停建阿房宫及减省戍役以减轻民困。二世不从，命人把三人治罪，冯去疾与冯劫不愿受辱，皆自杀死，李斯后来也被处死。[2]
