副董事长（英语：Deputy Chairman of the Board，在日本、韩国称为副会长，即董事会副主席），指的是一家公司董事会的备位领导者，由董事会从董事中选出。当董事长因故不能视事时，由副董事长代理其职务。并非每一家企业都设有副董事长。
