化学程序建模（英语：chemical process modeling）是化学工程程序设计所使用的电脑模拟技术。建模过程通常使用专用软件来定义一组相连接的系统[1]，求解系统稳态或动态行为以进行预测。系统组成与连结以程序流程图表示[1]。系统建模可能如两物质于反应槽里混合般简易，也可能如整个氧化铝精炼制程般复杂[2]。化学程序建模需要了解囊括于模拟中的化学品与单元组件（如储槽、泵、管道、加压管线等）等之特性与规格。
