卡尔克苏堂区（英语：Calcasieu Parish）是美国路易斯安那州西南部的一个县，西邻德克萨斯州。面积2,834平方公里。根据美国2000年人口普查，共有人口183,577人。治所莱克查尔斯。
成立于1840年3月24日。本堂区的名称来自卡尔克苏河 (原来是一位阿塔卡帕族酋长的名字，意思是“鸣叫的鹰”)。[1]
