哈特尔浦（英语：Hartlepool）是英国的一个城市，位于英格兰的东北部地区，属达勒姆郡。都市始建于7世纪，中世纪时期开始发展。随着港口的发展，建设了西哈特尔浦新市镇。在战后重工业和造船业曾陷入严重萧条。直到1990年代时期进行了重大的投资项目并新建了码头。码头区的重建使得都市得到了复兴，并且新建了许多住房。
