塔亚河畔拉镇（德语：Laa an der Thaya）是奥地利的城镇，位于该国东北部塔亚河畔，由下奥地利州负责管辖，面积72.89平方公里，海拔高度183米，镇上的水疗设施于2002年启用，2012年人口6,185。
