奶皮子蒙古语ᠥᠷᠦᠮ᠎ᠡ西里尔字母өрөм),蒙古民族奶食品之一,属于奶制品。奶皮子的制作方法是把鲜奶倒入锅中用小火煮沸后,用勺子反复扬洒,并持续加入生奶,直到表面有凝结物时,便关火冷却,数小时后可形成奶皮子。奶皮子含有较多的油脂,比一般奶类食品易于保存。
