密妥士（John Armstrong Taylor Meadows，1817年—1875年）英国商人。密迪乐之弟。1845年来到中国。1847年，在广州创办中国第一份中文周报《密妥士贸易报》。[1]后任英国驻宁波领事馆翻译、副领事。1861年辞职到天津从商，并兼任丹麦驻天津领事、美国驻天津副领事等职。1867年，三口通商大臣崇厚设立天津机器局，密妥士获任为总办。[2]
