派翠西亚·艾奎特（英语：Patricia Arquette，1968年4月8日—）是一位美国女演员。2005年起在电视剧《灵媒缉凶》中演出身为灵媒的主人翁，亦屡次凭此角入围金球奖、艾美奖及美国演员工会奖，更因此角色于2005年获艾美奖。凭借《年少时代》中母亲的角色获得多项电影奖，包括包括美国演员工会奖最佳女配角、英国电影学院奖最佳女配角和第72届金球奖戏剧最佳女配角以及第87届奥斯卡金像奖最佳女配角等奖项。
