常温奶,是采用超高温杀菌技术的,根据中国大陆全新的《乳品安全标准》指出,今后常温奶只能称为“纯”奶。

特性

常温奶具有如下特性:

  • 采用超高温灭菌技术,将奶放于135℃至152℃的温度下,杀死奶中的细菌
  • 常温奶的保质期较长,并且无需低温冷藏,在常温下未开封一般能达到1个月以上;
  • 常温奶通常采用利乐包装
