轻爱尔（英语：Mild ale），是爱尔啤酒的一种，轻是指年轻，即是发酵时间较短[1]。起源于17世纪英国，其主要以麦芽口感为主，现时的成品的酒精含量大多约3%至3.6%，颜色较暗，但是也有颜色较淡，或者酒精含量达到6%的品种。
