拉福什堂区（英语：Lafourche Parish）是位于美国路易斯安那州南部的一个堂区，东南临墨西哥湾。面积3,813平方公里。根据美国2000年人口普查，共有人口89,974人。治所蒂博多 （Thibodaux）。
成立于1805年4月10日，是该州最早成立的九个堂区之一，1845年被撤，1807年3月31日重设，时县名为Interior。1812年改名为Lafourche Interior，1853年改为现名。堂区名是法语“叉”的意思，指的是同名的汊河[1]。
