斯特勒谢尼区 （罗马尼亚语：Străşeni）是摩尔多瓦中部的一个区，面积729平方公里，首府斯特勒谢尼。2004年人口88,900人[1]，当中大部分是摩尔多瓦人（93.8％），其次是罗马尼亚人（2.9%）、俄罗斯人（1.8％）、乌克兰人（1.1％）、保加利亚人（0.1％）和加告兹人（0.1%）[2]。
