东基尔布莱德（英语：East Kilbride，苏格兰盖尔语：Cille Bhrìghde an Ear）是位于英国苏格兰南拉纳克郡的一座城镇。东基尔布莱德在1947年5月6日成为新市镇，是苏格兰的第一个新市镇。现在东基尔布莱德有人口约74,395人[1]。东基尔布莱德位于格拉斯哥东南14公里处，在1930年时，人口仅有约900人。在第二次世界大战之后，为了解决格拉斯哥的住宅不足问题，英国政府宣布建设东基尔布莱德为新市镇，成为苏格兰五个新市镇中最早的新市镇。东基尔布莱德也是一个行政教区的名字。
