根室半岛为北海道东端的一个半岛。长约30公里，宽约8公里。是一个细长的半岛。最东端为纳沙布岬，也是北海道的最东端。由根室市管辖。半岛中央为根室市的中心部。最西部为温根沼、风莲湖。北岸面向根室湾。半岛以东为齿舞群岛。地质上而言，齿舞群岛及色丹岛为根室半岛于海中延伸露出水面的部分。
