栾氏，中国春秋时期齐国的大夫世族，与高氏号称二惠，在齐景公时取代崔氏、庆氏掌握齐国政权。
始祖公子坚是齐惠公的儿子，齐桓公的孙子，齐顷公的弟弟。公子坚字子栾，所以后代以栾为氏。前545年，公子坚之子子雅和高氏的子尾，诛杀了害死齐庄公的庆氏掌握了齐国政权。前532年，陈氏（田氏）发动政变，将子雅的儿子栾施（子旗）和高氏的第三代高彊驱逐到了鲁国，陈氏成为齐国第一世族。栾氏为卿，仅传三代。
