法学院

法学院（英语：Law school）是以学习和研究法律的理论和实务为主要任务的院系。 法学院一般是由“法律学系”独立称为学院而形成的，比如北京大学法学院于1999年从北京大学法律学系升级为院[1]，国立台湾大学法律学院于1996年由法律系升级而来[2]，也有诸如香港中文大学法律学院延续英国学制建立“法律系”（Faculty of Law）但是在中文中将其称为法律学院的[3]。
