石琨（？—352年），十六国后赵将领、宗室，上党武乡（山西省榆社西北）人，羯族，石虎之子。
石琨是石祗的弟弟，封汝阴王。349年，石遵即位，封他为大将军，和石遵商议杀死冉闵，事发，石遵被杀。石鉴即位，封石琨为大都督，统军到襄国攻打石祗。350年逃奔冀州，和张举、王朗讨伐邺城，被冉闵击败。石祗称帝，任石琨为相国，率军十万攻打冉闵，在邯郸战败。351年，率军救襄国，击败冉闵军。石祗被部将刘显杀害，石琨在第二年逃奔东晋，在建康被杀。
