罗文大学（英语：Rowan University）是一所主校区位于美国新泽西州葛拉斯堡罗的公立大学，创立于1923年。创始时称葛拉斯堡罗师范学校（Glassboro Normal School），多次更名之后在1992年改为新泽西罗文学院（Rowan College of New Jersey），以纪念为该校捐款1亿美元的美国慈善家亨利·罗文，这也是当时美国公立学院收到的最大的捐款。[7] 1997年3月21日改现名，[8]该学院在2015年《美国新闻与世界报道》的“北部地区大学”排名中列在第19位。[9]
