肩胛上切迹（Suprascapular notch）位于肩胛骨上缘，位于喙突（英语：coracoid process）的内侧。

解剖构造

肩胛上切迹的上侧会被肩胛上横韧带（英语：superior transverse scapular ligament）封住，形成一个孔洞（英语：foramen）。让肩胛上神经（英语：suprascapular nerve）通过（但肩胛上动脉（英语：suprascapular artery）并没有通过，而是从韧带上方通过）。有时韧带会被骨化。[1]。

根据Rengachary 等人 1979，肩胛上切迹分为六个基本型：[2]

  • 第一型（8%）：无切迹。The superior border forms a wide depression from the medial angle to the coracoid process.
  • 第二型（31%）：Notch is a blunted V-shape occupying the middle third of the superior border.
  • 第三型（48%）：Notch is U-shaped with nearly parallel margins.
  • 第四型（3%）：Notch is V-shaped and very small. A shallow groove is frequently formed for the suprascapular nerve adjacent to the notch.
  • 第五型（6%）：Notch is minimal and U-shaped with a partially ossified ligament.
  • 第六型（4%）：Notch is a foramen as the ligament is completely ossified.
