腭（英语：Palate，又称颚，但颚亦可指上下整体的解剖结构），又称为上颚，是人类和其他哺乳动物的口腔顶部。它将口腔和鼻腔分开。在这一点上，鳄目也有类似构造。但是绝大多数的四足类其他动物的口腔与鼻腔不是完全分开的。
腭包括硬腭和软腭两部分。
硬腭在出生前就应该形成，否则就是唇裂。
