英格兰人(英语:English people古英语Anglecynn)是英国英格兰的原住族群民族母语英语。他们在过千年前被古英语称作“Anglecynn”时已有高度的身份认同。英格兰人主要居住于英国构成国家英格兰上。

以族群的角度看,英格兰人被认为凯尔特布立吞人盎格鲁-撒克逊人凯尔特人维京人等远古族群的后裔。以民族的角度看,因为近年大量外国少数民族移民,英格兰人极多元化。
