袁洁（1425年—？），字士莹，直隶保定府满城县人，明朝政治人物。进士出身。
生平
景泰元年（1450年）庚午科顺天府乡试第二十二名。天顺元年（1457年）丁丑科会试，得第二百四十二名，殿试登进士第二甲第七十名。

曾祖袁景芳。祖父袁鉴。父袁庸，曾任知县[1]。
