在几何学中，复合十二面体二十面体（英语：Compound of dodecahedron and icosahedron）是一种凹多面体，属于星形多面体，结构为正二十面体和正十二面体的复合体。这可以被看作是多面体的星状复合物。

它可以被看作是一个正二十面体与正十二面体的复合体。并且是四种由正多面体组成的星形正多面体之一，对偶多面体亦然。
它拥有二十面体对称（Ih），而顶点的排布是一个菱形三十面体。
