让·奥梅尔·马里·加布里耶·莫内（法语：Jean Omer Marie Gabriel Monnet： 1888年11月9日—1979年3月16日）是一位法国政治经济学家、外交家，被认为是欧洲一体化^[1]的主要设计师及欧盟创始人之一。
