赫琳，Hlin、Hlín。在北欧神话中，她是女神弗丽嘉（Frigg）的侍女之一。一般皆认为这些侍女都是弗丽嘉的性格的化身。
在北欧神话的描述中，弗丽嘉有十四名侍女，其中比较主要的三名就是赫琳、芙拉（Fulla）和盖娜（Gna）。赫娜的名字意思就是“守护者”（protector），她是守护和安慰的女神。
