郭策勋（1856年—1923年），谱名厚忠，字尽臣，号静存。四川云阳人，由云骑尉世袭，报捐湖北候补知县。厯任发审局、账捐局、清丈局等差，加捐三品衔。分发云南即补道总办、农工商务局督办、新㠄百货釐金、统捐局会办、云南全省团练处，并兼调查南北洋自治事宜。资政院议员，钦加二品衔，诰授荣禄大夫。[1]清末政治人物。[2]
