都尔喀尔德月（阿拉伯语：ذو القعدة)），是伊斯兰历第十一个月。该月的名字意为“休息月”，字根有“坐下”之意。过去，人们自该月起停止商业活动，准备朝圣并坐等下个月朝圣之月的到来。[1]
