毕尔斯基尔尼尔（Bilskirnir），又称为闪电宫。住在这里的是北欧神话中的雷神索尔和他的妻子希芙及他的孩子们。[1][2]
《诗体埃达》中记载此宫座落在 Thrudheim ，意即力量的世界（World of strength），而《散文埃达》中则是纪载位于斯罗德万（Thrudvang）平原上，意即力量的原野（Fields of strength）。
《散文埃达》中的〈欺骗古鲁菲〉篇中有提到，此宫是阿斯嘉特（Asgard）中最大的宫殿，共有540房间。在此接纳的一生穷困的灵魂或是奴隶，这些灵魂在此将可受到平等的对待。
