关系性量子力学(英语:Relational quantum mechanics,RQM)是一种量子力学诠释,此理论认为量子系统的量子态是随观察者而变的;也就是说,量子态是观察者与系统之间的关系。此一诠释最早是由卡洛·罗威利在一份1994年的预印本中提出,尔后由许多理论物理学家扩充。这个想法主要受到狭义相对论的激励,其阐述了观察到的细节随不同参考系的观察者而变,并采用到约翰·惠勒量子信息的一些看法。[1]

此理论的主要内容重点并非是物体本身,而是之间的关系。如同罗威利所言[2]

("Quantum mechanics is a theory about the physical description of physical systems relative to other systems, and this is a complete description of the world".)
