关系性量子力学（英语：Relational quantum mechanics，RQM）是一种量子力学诠释，此理论认为量子系统的量子态是随观察者而变的；也就是说，量子态是观察者与系统之间的关系。此一诠释最早是由卡洛·罗威利在一份1994年的预印本中提出，尔后由许多理论物理学家扩充。这个想法主要受到狭义相对论的激励，其阐述了观察到的细节随不同参考系的观察者而变，并采用到约翰·惠勒对量子信息的一些看法。[1]
此理论的主要内容重点并非是物体本身，而是之间的关系。如同罗威利所言[2]：
