阿连特茹大区（葡萄牙语：Região do Alentejo；国际音标发音：[ʁɨʒiˈɐ̃w̃ ðo ɐ.lẽ.'tɛ.ʒu]）位于葡萄牙中南部[1]，是葡萄牙七个大区之一。面积26,000平方公里，2001年人口为776,585人。
