非斯（阿拉伯语：فاس，柏柏尔语：Fas）是摩洛哥王国第四大城市，非斯-布勒曼大区首府，位于该国首都拉巴特以东的萨伊斯平原（Saïs plain）内，人口946,815（2004年估计），排在卡萨布兰卡 (达尔贝达)、拉巴特和马拉喀什之后，是该国著名古都。有非斯－萨伊斯国际机场。
该城的卡鲁因大学是世界上现存最古老的大学，是阿拉伯和伊斯兰世界的高等学府。
非斯的阿拉伯人聚居区（Medina of Fez）于1981年入选世界文化遗产。
历史
非斯城于公元789年由伊德里斯王朝的创立者伊德里斯一世创建于Jawhar河畔。
