香港正形设计学校（Hong Kong Chingying Institute of Visual Arts），是香港一间私立设计学校，于1980年成立，由香港第一代设计艺术家王无邪、靳埭强、韩秉华等创办。学校在2010年结束营办，历任校董还包括王纬彬、梁巨廷、苏敏仪、黄海涛。
当年香港正形设计学校为对设计、艺术方面有兴趣的青年提供进修全日制、半日制和夜间课程。学校曾在香港岛湾仔轩尼诗道守时商业大厦营运，但于2000年后搬入香港岛柴湾柴湾道238号青年广场。
