马拉盖天文台

马拉盖天文台（波斯语：رصدخانه مراغه‎）是在伊儿汗国君主旭烈兀赞助下，成立于公元1259年的一所天文观测台，该天文台位于马拉盖西部的高原上（今属伊朗东阿塞拜疆省管辖），由著名的波斯裔科学家和天文学家纳西尔丁·图西负责主持，马拉盖天文台曾一度被视为“欧亚世界中最先进的科学研究机构”^[1]。

由于马拉盖天文台拥有瓦合甫所持续提供的资金，让天文台即使在其创始人去世后仍能继续运作，并活跃了约莫五十多年的时间。许多日后成立的天文台，例如15世纪设立于撒马尔罕的乌鲁伯格天文台（英语：Ulugh Beg Observatory）、16世位在君士坦丁堡的塔齐丁天文台（英语：Constantinople observatory of Taqi ad-Din），以及18世纪成立于斋浦尔的贾辛格天文台（英语：Jai Singh II#Contributions to society, culture, and science），皆是以马拉盖天文台为范本来设计的^[2]。
