戈谢病（Gaucher's disease、Gaucher disease）是一种遗传病，其会导致葡萄糖脑甘脂酵素无法顺利进行新陈代谢，糖脂类大分子逐渐堆积，造成肝脏及脾脏肿大、贫血、容易出血、骨骼发育不正常。

此遗传病的发生率为4万分之1至10万分之1。
遗传方面，其遗传方式为体染色体隐性遗传。若父母皆带有缺陷基因，则下一代不分性别皆有4分之1几率遗传。
戈谢病是溶小体储积症中最常见的形式.[1] 它是神经鞘脂病(溶小体储积症的亚型)的一种,是由于神经鞘脂的代谢功能发生异常所导致.[2]
此疾病以法国生理学家菲利普·戈谢（或译“高雪”）命名,他在1882年首次描述这种疾病.[3]
