黄元善（？—？），字让卿[1]，湖北钟祥县人，清朝政治人物、进士出身。
生平
咸丰元年，乡试中举；咸丰九年，登进士，改户部主事[2]。同治四年，任总理各国事务衙门章京[2]、户部山东司员外郎。同治十二年，任顺天乡试同考官。次年改户部陕西司郎中、户部浙江司郎中。光绪四年，任户部山西司郎中、河南道监察御史。光绪六年，任陕西道监察御史[2]。光绪八年，任刑科给事中。光绪九年，任工科掌印给事中、贵州粮储道。光绪二十年，升任贵州按察使[3]。光绪三十四年，加内阁学士衔[4]。
