1917年荷属东印度人民议会选举于1917年10月16号在荷属东印度群岛度举行[1]。是次选举是因为1916年12月16号通过了一项给予荷属东印度适当的自治权法律[2]。
结果
是次选举有38席，其中有19席是由荷兰委任，荷兰人占11席，外地人口占5席，华人占3席，另外19席则透过选举选出，荷兰人占9席，外地人口占10席[3]。
