州民大会

州民大会（德语：Landsgemeinde，意为“地方集会”），也译作邦民大会或露天州民大会，是部分瑞士州份所使用的一种古老且简单的直接民主形式。参与集会者是州内拥有投票权的选民，举手表决为其投票方式。只有8个乡村地区的州曾经使用州民大会来决定全州事务^[1]。其中有6个已因为施行等问题而废除。目前只剩格拉鲁斯州与内阿彭策尔州还在使用当中。

其他已废除此制度的州份有：

• 乌里州：最后一次集会在1928年5月6日^[2]。
• 施维茨州：废除于1848年。
• 上瓦尔登州：于1998年11月29日以无记名投票表决废除^[3]。
• 下瓦尔登州：于1996年12月1日的州民大会中决议废除^[4]。
• 楚格州：废除于1848年。
• 外阿彭策尔州：于1997年9月28日经投票表决废除^[5]；最后一次集会于1997年4月27日^[6]。
