中菲海道通行协定暨农渔业合作备忘录

《中菲海道通行协定暨农渔业合作备忘录》（英语：Agreement on Sea Lane Passage and the Memorandum on Agriculture and Fisheries Cooperation between the Repubilic of China and the Philippines[1][2]）是中华民国政府与菲律宾政府于1991年签署的协定暨备忘录。菲律宾据该文件于其领海内划定两条航道供中华民国渔船通往南太平洋，中华民国则按文件内容经援菲律宾。[3][4]
菲律宾政府于1998年颁布的《渔业法》（Fisheries Code of the Philippines），内容与《中菲海道通行协定暨农渔业合作备忘录》违背，《中菲海道通行协定暨农渔业合作备忘录》实质上遭菲律宾政府片面废止。中华民国政府与菲律宾政府于2005年9月30日另行签署《台菲农渔业合作了解备忘录》。[3]
