密歇根州州检察长

密歇根州州检察长（英语：Attorney General of the State of Michigan），或译密歇根州律政厅长，是美国密歇根州排名第四的官员。该职位的担任者在11月的大选中与州长、副州长、州务卿、州参议院议员及州众议院议员一同在全州范围内选出。

自1963年密歇根州宪法（Michigan Constitution）通过以来，州检察长的任期为四年，且仅可连任一次，即最高可任职八年；如果出任人度过两个完整任期，而替补任期不足一届的一半，则可能任职十年。1950年之前，州检察长由州长委任，后改为选举。

由于州检察长拥有作为州的首席执法人员（chief law enforcement officer）的普通法权力，他可以行使治安官（peace officer）的权力，并可以委任具有这种身份的特别代理人协助他行使权力及履行职责。

密歇根州法律MCL 14.32订定：“州检察长有责任在需要时就立法机构或其任何一个分支机构，以及州长、审计长、司库或任何其他州官员，提交给他的所有法律问题发表意见……”

密歇根州现任州检察长是民主党人Dana Nessel，她于2018年11月当选，并于2019年1月1日宣誓就职。
