后上髂脊

后上髂（qià）脊（Posterior superior iliac spine）为髋骨上的一个构造，位于荐翼（英语：Ala of sacrum）的接面。后上髂脊位于后下髂脊（英语：posterior inferior iliac spine）上方，较前上髂脊短。
