热力学中的过程函数（英语：process function）是指描述系统状态变化过程的物理量。像功、热等都是过程函数。
过程函数不只是和起初和最终的状态有关，过程函数也和中间经过的路径有关，此特性和状态函数不同，状态函数的数值只和起初和最终的状态有关，和中间的路径无关。
