內毛根鞘（英語：internal root sheath或inner root sheath），簡稱內根鞘，是指由毛囊上皮根鞘內層開始角化的細胞構成的結構[1]。
內毛根鞘分為三層，從內向外依次為Henle層、Huxley層和鞘小皮。Henle層為一層角化的扁平細胞，Huxley層為幾層長形細胞，鞘小皮則為一層呈疊瓦狀排列的角化小扁形細胞[2]。
