什圖姆（波蘭語：Sztum，德語：Stuhm）是波蘭的城鎮，位於該國北部，由濱海省負責管轄，始建於十三世紀。面積4.59平方公里，2023年人口9,175。在第一次瓜分波蘭中，該鎮在1772年被納入普魯士王國管治範圍。
