內耳道

內耳道（英文：Internal auditory meatus 或 Internal acoustic meatus）是顱骨上顳骨岩部（英語：Petrous part of the temporal bone）內的一個腔道，位於顱後窩（英語：Posterior cranial fossa）和內耳之間，顏面神經、前庭神經、耳蝸神經及相關血管均從中通過^[1][2][3]。

結構

內耳道的開口被稱為「內耳門（Internal acoustic opening）」，位於顱骨的顱後窩（英語：Posterior cranial fossa）內，靠近顳骨岩部（英語：Petrous part of the temporal bone）後表面的中心，開口大小不一，外側邊緣光滑^[1][2][3]。內耳道的腔道約1厘米長，該腔道靠外的部分被稱為「內耳道底（fundus）」^[1][2][4]。內耳道底可分出三個管道，分別通過顏面神經、前庭神經以及耳蝸神經，其中前庭神經還可細分為上、下部^[1][2][3]。

功能

除了顏面神經、前庭神經以及耳蝸神經外，迷路動脈（英語：Labyrinthine artery）（又稱「內聽動脈」）、內聽靜脈也均通過內耳道^[1][2][3]。前庭神經節也位於內耳道中^[1][2]。
