塞繆爾·巴爾金

塞繆爾·巴爾金（英語：J. Samuel Barkin；1965年—），加拿大政治學家，國際關係學「現實建構主義」理論的創立者。哥倫比亞大學哲學碩士、政治學博士，現任麻薩諸塞大學波士頓分校全球治理與人類安全教授^[1]。

2003年，他在《國際研究評論》（International Studies Review）上發表了《現實建構主義》一文，試圖融合現實主義與建構主義，以建立「現實建構主義^[2]。 2004年，該期刊專門開闢了學術論壇，評論巴爾金提出的理論主張，並就「現實建構主義」可能的理論路徑進行探討^[3][4]。
