塞缪尔·巴尔金

塞缪尔·巴尔金（英语：J. Samuel Barkin；1965年—），加拿大政治学家，国际关系学“现实建构主义”理论的创立者。哥伦比亚大学哲学硕士、政治学博士，现任马萨诸塞大学波士顿分校全球治理与人类安全教授^[1]。
