威爾伯·史高維爾

威爾伯·林肯·史高維爾（英語：Wilbur Lincoln Scoville，1865年1月22日—1942年3月10日）^[1] 是一個美國藥劑師，最出名的是他在1912年制訂度量辣椒素（Capsaicin）含量指標，他以自己的姓「史高維爾」（Scoville）作為單位名稱，稱為「史高維爾辣度單位」（Scoville Heat Unit），縮寫為SHU。
