威爾斯王妃劇院（英語：Princess of Wales Theatre）是加拿大安大略省多倫多的一座劇院，有2,000個座位。它位於多倫多市中心娛樂區的皇帝西街。劇院的名字是為了紀念威爾斯王妃黛安娜，亦呼應其姊妹劇院——皇家亞歷珊卓劇院。
